Mrs. Janet Newlin, wife of the late Russell Newlin, grocer and assistant auditor of Fountain County when his father was auditor, passed away Saturday morning June 10th at 7:30 a.m. at the St. Anthony Hospital in Terre Haute. Survivors are the son, George Newlin of Columbus, Indiana and daughter, Mrs. Paul Benke of Chicago. Graveside services were held Monday at the Riverside Cemetery at 4 p.m. – kbz
